Rules appear ignored since recent update

Hi,
Since the most recent update, we are seeing a number of the rules set in the settings being ignored, but only since the most recent update, prior to this everything was working fine.
I am investigating further myself but just wanted to provide a heads up of what we are seeing.
It only started the day directly after the update was applied.
We use the following Woo-related plugins also:
WooCommerce
WooCommerce Bookings
WooCommerce Deposits
WooCommerce Product AddOns
Pixel Manager For WooCommerceThe emails are also sent partially broken i.e. the email to send to is receiving the email communication but the email address this is sent from is partially included in the subject as HTML and the rest of the sending email address is then used as the sending email address.
For example: if the sending email is set to sales@domain.com then the email received would show <sa in the subject but then use les@domain.com as the sending email address.
I will report back if things change and feel it may just be an incomplete update that has partially failed but just in case others are seeing similar issues I thought I would report my findings since the last update.
