• hi,

after using the rule for over 1 year suddenly – this week – it is not working anymore. WooC and WP all on newest updates.

Rule is: after xxx $ in cart you get y% discount. But discount is given to all and every amount in cart.

I deleted the old rule and remade it, same effect. I deleted plugin and reloaded it, same effect. It is ignoring the amount after that the discount should start.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi,

after deleting the old rule I encountered a new problem. When I say discount 3% (for example), the discount is 2,52% and not 3%. Why? There is not shipping costs. Only product + vat.

    Hello,

as I see, that you normally answer faster, is there a chance you will look into this matter? I mean it was working with the bigger as XXX $ rule just fine before, so I am hoping it may be a small problem to fix? 🙂

If not, please be so kind and tell me. Then I can try to look for other means. Thank you for your consideration.

    best regards hhk

I had now a major failure of the Woo Database, so I restored older backup and it is running again. Now running:

    Conditional Rules: 2.2.3
    WooCommerce: 6.4.1
    without a problem.

there is some major funny stuff with WooC 6.5.1 and your Conditional Rules 2.3.

Ok. So I will update again to Woocommerce 6.5.1 and CR 2.3.0.
The rule is: 3% for all cart value from 150 € up.
It is running fine with WooCommerce

Hope this time it is all good… nope:

I have made videos for you. It is not working with WooComm 6.5.1 and CR 2.3.0.

Neither it is doing a correct 3% of cart value, nor is it following the rule to use the discount only up to 150 €.

    {edit, links not working}

Again: I did only update WooCommerce and CR. Nothing else. Old works, new it does not.

    Hello Heinzhubertka,

Thanks for sharing the video with detail here.

We have reviewed your query in detail and found that issue might be in the price notation issue.

Please check the below screenshot for our site setup which is working fine.

Click here to review the screenshot for the current settings.

You can compare and check with the same settings and if different then you can share yours.

“We have reviewed your query in detail and found that issue might be in the price notation issue.”

Ok, I checked. Right now, the version is € and “.” for thousand and “,” for cents. And it is working perfect this way since 2021.

And the version WooC 6.5.1 is working fine with your conditional discount Version 2.2.3.

    Thread Starter heinzhubertka

    (@heinzhubertka)

    Yes I can confirm.

New version 2.3. with € and “,” for thousand and “.” for cents is working fine.
And with version “.” for thousand and “,” for cents is NOT working fine.

    What a thing…

Thanks for the confirmation Heinzhubertka, about the exact scenario in that you are getting the error.

This is a currency format issue that we will fix in our upcoming version.

    Thanks,
    Hitendra
