# Rule doesn't work

 * Hey,
 * We run a woocomerce site and we want to make a rule that one user can purchase
   only 1 given product in his lifetime. F.e. user buying blue swimsuit no longer
   will be able to do this. We setup rules, but it doesn’t work
 * The Following rules are:
 * Lifetime purchase
    Selection Groups All Cattegories OR all user except admin 
   Each in the population Quantity 1
 * Everything looks good, but the rule doesn’t work.

    Lifetime processing
   rules functionality is only available with the Pro version (as documented in 
   the settings).

 * [@bucinskas](https://wordpress.org/support/users/bucinskas/) kindly tested the
   issue by deactivating all plugins except Woo and Max Purchase, and went to the
   2012 theme. Tested successfully, and found that the custom theme was the culprit,
   when activated.
