 * I try to create a rule every time a URL has certain characters, so the system
   in shipping_label will be equal to 40
    In practice the system does not produce
   shipping_label Why? French screenshot [https://www.dropbox.com/s/h2i0fk5gqxlp0bv/LABE.JPG?dl=0](https://www.dropbox.com/s/h2i0fk5gqxlp0bv/LABE.JPG?dl=0)
   This is the provided address %d7%9b%d7%99%d7%a1%d7%95%d7%99%d7%99%d7%9d
 * And that’s the address FEED

 * Hi brz,
 * Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. We have tried to replicate
   the issue at hand at our development site but all seems to be working fine.
 * We have products with ‘bikini’ in the link:
 * Step 1: We want to add the value of shipping label to custom field 0 in our feed:

   [https://www.dropbox.com/sh/uujnzs8gimpzzhc/AACgNa7mCHM4eZQ3DcShrwJTa?dl=0](https://www.dropbox.com/sh/uujnzs8gimpzzhc/AACgNa7mCHM4eZQ3DcShrwJTa?dl=0)
 * Step 2: when the link contains bikini the value of the shipping label attribute
   needs to become ‘whatever’
    [https://www.dropbox.com/s/h4m4if2pshzc634/cl2.png?dl=0](https://www.dropbox.com/s/h4m4if2pshzc634/cl2.png?dl=0)
 * Step 3: after refreshing the product feed the custom label value for products
   with bikini in the link looks like this:
    [https://www.dropbox.com/s/ys2qucm4l88ppic/cl3.png?dl=0](https://www.dropbox.com/s/ys2qucm4l88ppic/cl3.png?dl=0)
 * So for us all seems to work just fine. Maybe this is caused by the strange characters
   or maybe the ‘contains’ part of your rule is not correct?
 * All the best,
    Eva

 * thank you for the answer
    It doesn’t work for me. I removed the rule, re-entered…
   and did nothing …

 * Try replacing the SKU_ID with product ID and the contains with equals.

 * This is an example of an exclude filter based on productID, it really does work:

 * I’m not talking about a filter, I’m talking about rules
    Want access to a website
   that you see doesn’t work for me?

 * Hi,
 * Similar for rules, that works fine for us.
 * First, make sure to add a shipping label mapping to your feed:
    [https://www.dropbox.com/s/vxefhx50xhtcosq/ship0.png?dl=0](https://www.dropbox.com/s/vxefhx50xhtcosq/ship0.png?dl=0)
 * Then create the rule like this:
    [https://www.dropbox.com/s/p13ufoi4b1r8nia/ship2.png?dl=0](https://www.dropbox.com/s/p13ufoi4b1r8nia/ship2.png?dl=0)
 * The results look like this in the XML:
    [https://www.dropbox.com/s/dk00wn2wyx29aoc/ship3.png?dl=0](https://www.dropbox.com/s/dk00wn2wyx29aoc/ship3.png?dl=0)
