    The creators of Elementor were in such a rush to commercialize and monetize the plugin that there was no time left for fixing bugs. WordPress should reconsider the tagging and categorization of plugins that no longer fall within the open source framework. It would turn out there are actually very few of them left here. If something only works for free on one site (and even that “working” is debatable), then it’s not open source. Fortunately, there are still open source alternatives to this ruined plugin.
