    The worst customer service I have ever seen! Guys, don’t buy anything from them, you will loose time, energy and nerves with their rubbish full of bugs plugins! They should be reported to WordPress team to be taken down from the plugins marketplace immiedietely!

    I’d like to add that this plugin also adds a HUGE amount of render blocking javascript resources to your site (even if the option to load js on every page is set to OFF in settings). It increased my load times by a huge amount. I could not change this no matter what I did. This is one of many poorly coded ‘features’ within this plugin.

    They honoured my refund so at least that’s something, but they will string you along and not help in any way with their ‘support’.

    I regret I could have seen your ticket on time to preventable this avoidable feedback from one of our valued users. As you know, I already resolved your issue on your ticket, which was actually happening for using an older version of WPUF Pro with the latest version of the WPUF Free plugin.

    We strive to provide excellent customer support in a timely manner, but you know, sometimes it slipped under our radar.
