  • Wish I could give no, or negative stars for the level of support that I just received…..

    If you actually fixed the issues that your product has, rather than your support staff stating “We don’t have bugs in our product” then I might change this review, but you seriously need to retrain at least one of your support staff!

    In over 4 decades of using and debugging software I have NEVER seen a product/service/technology that doesn’t have bugs (coding or other errors in it), to state otherwise is pure fantasy.

    Thank you for the apology, it is appreciated.

    However I have now uninstalled GTranslate and will no longer use it. I have found another plugin that does what I want.

    As someone that has been “customer facing” offering support, advice and technical services for over 40 years, I know just how important good customer support is; how it makes a huge impact when it is done right (even with a difficult or angry customer), and even more so when it is done wrong, as it can cost you more than just the one dissatisfied customer.
