 * Hi Guys
 * Are there things that need changing if you are planning on using WordPress for
   a RTL such as Arabic or Persian ?
 * Or do I just install WordPress as I do for English sites ? i.e. without changing
   the Charset ..etc !
 * I already know that WordPress has been translated into both the languages I mentioned.
   But That is not what I’m after. I want the Admin Panel to remain in English. 
   It is just that the posts will be in a different language.
 * I would greatly appreciate any help.

 * I haven’t tested that set up, but I think it could be handled by simply changing
   the header.php for your theme.
