Hi @wpexpertzahid,

May I know where is this shortcode not working? Is it at the results page or inside the emails?

Please make sure that you have enabled the certificates for the quiz.

If it’s not working in the email, in the QSM settings, make sure “Process emails in background?” is set to NO.

It is not working in emails.
“Process emails in background?” was yes now I set it to NO
