RSVP not working

    The RSVP system was working well on my website for events that I used it, however after I checked the box in the event settings to “Enable New RSVP Experience” the event displayed the new version OK bu when you clicked on the “Going” button an error message comes up, saying Your RSVP was unsuccessful, please try again.

    No matter how many time you try the same error appears. When I go back to the old system it works again.

    I like the new version so I would liix the error. Can someone please offer some help.

    Hi David!

    I’m sorry to hear that RSVP is not working on your website.

    I visited your website and noticed the error. I’m not sure why you’re getting this error though. There might be a conflict somewhere. Do you have the same issue when using Twenty Twenty? Could you also try to deactivate all your other plugins except for Event Tickets?

    Thanks for the assistance, it would appear that the issue was the Theme that I was using. I still use the same Theme but since that latest updates ( tithe the Event Calendar and the Event Tickets as well as the recent WP update), it now seems to work OK.
