• While I love the functionality of RSVP Maker, the RSVP confirmation page is confusing some of my users.

For some reason it displays multiple duplicates of a single guest name/info, making users think that instead of being confirmed as bringing one guest, they’re bringing nine guests — all named the same thing.

Is there a way this can be changed to instead show the actual number and names of guests (instead of autofilling in a bunch of lines), while keeping the edit options by those guest names, and the “(+)Add More Guests” option as well? It’s the autofilled duplicates that are proving to be quite confusing for users.

Or do I have something messed up in my settings? Thanks! 🙂

Anyone else having this issue? How did you resolve it? Thanks!

Am I allowed to bump this? It’s been over three weeks….

I’m sorry for the slow response. I haven’t seen this issue but will try to make time to investigate. Can you share the url to your site and maybe a test event (you can make it for a date earlier in the year) that I can RSVP to?

Is the scenario here that people have updated their RSVP multiple times, adding more guests? Or does this occur immediately when they first RSVP for an event?

My site is set up so you’d have to register to view the events. So I took a screenshot of what pops up on the screen when you RSVP with one guest and linked it below.

But the screenshot only shows part of the list, I believe. It’s got 9 listings of the same “test mctest” guest name, and the final lines are blank, as if to add more. It’s confusing to users who RSVP with one guest, because it looks as if they’re bringing 9 people instead of one (9 people with the same name).

    Thank you for your help!!!

Hi.. I’m sorry, if i place this query in wrong place. This plugin’s working fine and met all my requirements but i wanted to display all registered users for an event in a single page for quick reference. I’ve searched in google but haven’t found anything. please, let me know the shortcode to display all registered users for an event. Thanks in advance.
