    When doing an RSVP for an event not getting the email.

    Added as the reply email in The Events Settings which was working for several months. Recently just stopped sending out emails. If we clear out the reply email to use the default website admin email then start getting RSVP email again from

    I added the Debug Bar to help debug but didn’t see any errors. What is the best way to troubleshoot this issue?

    Hi there,

    The first thing I would try, is to install an email logging plugin like the following:

    With this plugin installed and activated, run a test RSVP registration. Do you see the RSVP ticket email in the log? If the email shows in the log, but you are not receiving it in your email inbox, it means that the issue is with your PHP mail setup or email provider.

    If the email does NOT show there, it means it isn’t being generated by the plugin to begin with. In this case, can you confirm where you are entering the “reply email” in the settings? Is this in the field in Events > Settings > Tickets > Tribe Commerce > “Confirmation email sender address”?
