    can someone tell me if my feed is working and how to wrap an rss icon ive downloaded around the html so that it shows the icon and not the text “rss” thanks

    For you it would probably be better to install a plugin plugin and then put that widget in the location and set it up.

    This way you don’t need to code anything.

    actually i would prefer the socialize one that you had previously. it has a couple of the other social media outlets i like (stumble,etc). However, when i unzip it on my local drive i cannot figure out how to get it to wordpress?

    Go to wp-admin > plugins > add new

    Then search for the name “socialize”. Then click install > activate.

    You can do it all within your admin panel.
