RSS Punctuation Turned into Codes

When the RSS feed is created with Yoast SEO, text with punctuations or special characters like this:
here’s
turns into this:
here’s
which screws up the feed when it is used on other sites.

Is this a bug, and is it in the queue to get fixed soon?
