# rss problem / difference local-web

 * fetch_rss (wp 2.7.1) is working fine at my localhost, but isn’t displaying any
   post if uploaded. same behaviour with the rss widget, working fine local, but
   can’t find the feed if running at the webhost.
    any help appreciated a lot.

 * rss.php brings up :Call to undefined function do_action() in /home/wp-includes/
   rss.php on line 18 at the web host and a blank page at the localhost.
    Any ideas?
