 * My RSS Page is showing a test post and I cannot get rid of it. Is there a way
   to delete this? Even if I have to start over I don’t mind, it only has 4 podcast
   posts

 * Or make another post…

 * We deleted the post and it is still showing up. I haven’t tried to make another
   post yet. If I do, maybe it will get rebuilt and the deleted test post wont show?

 * Web browsers store such pages often in their cache memory and do not update them
   if you click on update/reload. Sometimes it is necessary to clear the cache memory
   before each reload to make the modification visible.
