RSS Not Updating

    I am extremely new to WordPress, so please excuse my ignorance. I am using the RSS widget to show feeds from other blogs on my website (http://quackedpots.com)

    For some reason, the feeds are not showing the lastest post that’s been published on those blogs.

    I know NOTHING about coding–please would someone help me figure out how to get these feed to start showing the latest posts?
