RSS Not Updating

I upgraded to version 2.0 and ever since my post feed doesn’t update. The comments update fine.

The url: http://www.wordymouth.com/feed or
http://www.wordymouth.com/wp-rss2.php

Can I manually update the feed? What could be causing it to not update?
