# RSS Multi-Feeder Not Working

 * Hello,
 * I uploaded the RSS multi-feeder and followed the installation instruction video
   that was on the support page. However, I keep getting this message: _“There is
   a problem with the feeds you entered. Go to our support page and we’ll help you
   diagnose the problem.”_
 * I am trying to have a different category feeding from another one of my websites.

 * When I try to see that RSS feed it comes up blank. Ate you sure that’s a valid
   RSS feed?

 * I saw that the feed came up blank as well.
    I then tried the wordpress automatic
   feed [http://eatwooloo.com/feed/](http://eatwooloo.com/feed/) and that didn’t
   work as well.
