rss i give up

okay. i ve been poking around rss for the last few days.
severeal questions:
why are images blocked in my rss-feed? [both blogger and mt rss feeds show images]
and why is my favicon not showing in the rss readers? [all other rss feeds seem to do that fine without any additonal lines in the the respective rss files]
hell, even the rss feed of this forum shows the favicon fine!
i tried out several things, included various <image> tags. to no avail…
i give up… [i m just not smart enough prolly…]
maybe someone has found solutions to these issues? please…
