RSS Feeds not updating to most current post

    So here is my situation. I set up a site where my client uploads RSS feeds to his server via Filezilla. He does a local online radio station. So each show and there are around 30 are updated weekly. Some of the shows update immediately, some update when I go in and download the rss feed, then re-upload it, and some update when I clear the cache. Why is this, Is there a way to get all them working properely. the site is
