RSS FEEDS and LINKS problem … HELP !!!

I very recently shifted to WordPress.org.
I have imported all my blog entries from http://karthiksankar.wordpress.com to http://karthiksankar.net63.net/blog.PROBLEM 1:
The feeds link in my site is not functioning properly. I dont know how these things work, and so I need help.
The Entries feed has this URL:
http://karthiksankar.net63.net/blog/?feed=rss2
instead of the general format which I expect it to be in:
http://karthiksankar.net63.net/blog/feed/And the following error is shown:
error on line 2 at column 6: XML declaration allowed only at the start of the documentPROBLEM 2:
For the recent post in my old blog, the link is something like:
http://karthiksankar.wordpress.com/2008/12/19/ragas2/
But for the same post in my new blog the link is:
http://karthiksankar.net63.net/blog/?p=250Why is there a difference in format?
What is the ‘?…’ at the end of my URL’s domain ?
