# Rss Feed XML Error

 * I am getting this error:
    error on line 2 at column 6: XML declaration allowed
   only at the start of the document Below is a rendering of the page up to the 
   first error.
 * when I try to load my feed.
 * I made sure the functions.php file in my theme and in Genesis do not have spaces
   after the closing php tag: ?>
 * The functions.php in Genesis, does not have a closing ?> tag…
 * So I figured it was meant to be that way, so I did not add one.
 * Can you tell me how to fix this?

 * I found someone that had used this file:
 * wejnswpwhitespacefix.php… that shared it.
    I checked it, no virus, no bad things.
 * Uploaded it and added the line to pull it into the wordpress main index.php file…
   that seems to have fixed it, but there is no content in my rss feed…
 * That is another issue, so closing this one.

 * Oh, I was wrong. It is only working in Firefox, not Chrome…
 * Why is it working in Firefox and not in chrome?
