I am running 3.9 with the theme "Fifteen". I wanted to set up a Yahoo pipe to retrieve updates from my site's RSS feed and spit them out to a Facebook page. The problem is that when I try and use the default feeds, they all return a 404 error:

    At the address

    I get this:

I have downloaded a fresh copy of WP and re-installed the Admin and Includes directories, I have also disabled and re-enabled all the plugins one by one as well as switching theme to Twenty Fourteen and back again. I made sure all updates are applied too.No joy.

Interestingly, while digging around these very forums, and happening across a post by someone with a similar issue, I tried visiting:

And I got the following output:

And the output is pretty muchthe same for all of the rss/atom related php files. Does anyone have any further suggestions?

    Tearing my hair out here.

    Have you tried:

    - deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    - switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

    - resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    - re-uploading all files & folders - except the wp-content folder and wp-config.php & root .htaccess files - from a fresh download of WordPress. Make sure that you delete the old copies of files & folder before uploading the new ones.

Hi Esmi, thanks for getting back to me.

Tried your suggestions, still no joy.

Ok, I've found the problem. But I'm not sure how to fix it.

I have the plugin "Daskal Tutorials", which creates custom post types. If I navigate to http://wikidz.info/daskal_tutorial/feed/ I see a normal feed with everything there.

    how do I fix this?

Hi, I've read a bunch of these threads on RSS feed validation, but I'm not good with coding.

I'm trying to set up an RSS feed through Feedburner but it says my feed does not validate:

    This feed does not validate.

line 150, column 114: XML parsing error: <unknown>:150:114: not well-formed (invalid token) [help]

    ... ch-expenser-for-android/" target="_BLANK￿￿￿￿￿￿￿￿￿￿￿￿￿￿￿￿￿￿￿￿￿￿￿￿￿￿￿￿￿￿￿￿ ...

I've tried deleting this post on my blog, but it just comes up with other error messages such as these. I've tried deactivating my plugins, but still same errors. I'm scared to change the theme because I don't want to mess anything up. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!
