I just made the switch from Blogger to WP and I'm getting used to the differences.

One of the differences was that in blogger someone could sign up as a "follower" and they would get the emails whenever I added a post.

So far I have not been able to figure out how to add that feature in WP.

I don't know if it has to do with the theme I'm using but if someone could point this newbie in the right direction, I would appreciate it very much.

    The site is http://www.NutBugs.com

Also I just added the RSS widget but it's asking for a feed url. Where do I get this and is this the preferred method?

    http://nutbugs.com/feed/ is your feed URL.

Still very much a wp newbie myself.... a few questions here

Were you hoping to use the rss widget to add the following feature?

Is there a setting for making nutbugs.com/feed/ a feed?

I have tried the rss widget and I thought the purpose for it was to show a feed from an external site and not your own site?

I would appreciate some insight on this

The RSS widget is to bring in feed from another feed provider.

WP RSS is built in. See this, http://codex.wordpress.org/WordPress_Feeds
