Title: RSS Feed Problems Last modified: August 18, 2016 --- # RSS Feed Problems * Resolved angmi90 * [21 years, 6 months ago](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/rss-feed-problems/) * When I try to read my blog thru a RSS newsreader called NewsGator, it comes up with an error saying “The underlying connection was closed: The server committed an HTTP protocal violation.” It never did this until 2 days ago and now I can’t read my blog via my RSS reader, what’s wrong here? The most likely cure is to check the URL in a web browser and see if you can get it to read the feed. I don’t see this on my friend’s wordpress installation. I’m guessing he’s not running full feeds. End result is the same though, I’m using sauce reader and i’m unable to read my rss feed or anyone else who is running WordPress. Which sadly, due to my evangelism is pretty much everyone who isn’t on livejournal.
