    Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

    resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    Thanks for the answer. I’ll try de-activating the plugins and then activate them one by one. Should it solve the issue? Or I need to go deeper

    The most common culprits are your current theme or one of your plugins. So it’s just about determining which one initially.

    But, I can’t go back to old theme.
