# RSS Feed Not Valid/Not Working

 * It seems my blog simply doesn’t have an RSS-feed. I added the RSS plugin but 
   none of the urls I tried to put in (ex: [http://ginazammit.com/feed](http://ginazammit.com/feed))
   are valid.
 * I have permalinks set to [http://ginazammit.com/sample-post/](http://ginazammit.com/sample-post/)
   and I’m using Bluehost (if that has any relevance).
 * When I viewed the source of my page (someone advised this in another forum post)
   this is the text I saw:

   =”[http://ginazammit.com/feed/&#8221](http://ginazammit.com/feed/&#8221); />
 * I am a complete novice and would appreciate any help with this.

 * That’s where it should be, but that blank screen means something is causing PHP
   to crash.
 * Try deactivating all plugins. If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one
   individually until you find the cause.
 * If that does not resolve the issue, try switching to the Twenty Fifteen theme
   to rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).

 * Thanks for your help, James. I disabled all of my plugins and then installed 
   twentyfifteen and this is what comes up at the top of my feed, but the feed validator
   does say its valid.
 * This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it.
   The document tree is shown below.

 * Excellent, that’s what it’s supposed to do.
 * An RSS feed is a stream of data meant to interpreted by a feed reader, like [Newsblur](https://www.newsblur.com/)
   or [RSSOwl](http://rssowl.org/). Not all browsers have the capability to interpret
   feeds, and one of the most popular browsers lacking this feature is Google Chrome.
 * In general, anyone looking for your RSS feed will already know what to do with
   it. 🙂

 * So good to hear that! I’m using Chrome on a Chromebook so that’s probably what’s
   going on. I hope my posts will be imported into Bloglovin now. Thanks again.
