RSS feed not being accepted in Itunes

    I’ve been trying to submit my podcast to Itunes for over a week. I keep getting the same issue which says “we had difficulty reading this feed. connection reset.”

    I have followed the Pat Flynn tutorials and have a Libsyn account. I downloaded the files as he says to in Libsyn and took that URL and put it in Powerpress. My feed is validated.

    But I am still getting the error.

    Some people are telling me it is a site speed issue, others are saying that it is a javascript issue with a plugin. Itunes is saying it’s a Powerpress issue.

    I have a few podcasts created that I have uploaded through Libsyn to WordPress. Just purchased wordpress premium today so that I could upload to iTunes.

    I followed the instructions to upload the episode through feed burner to iTunes however, iTunes says that my link has no episodes.

    I need to figure out what I’m doing wrong. I guess I’m uploading the wrong url or rss feed and just don’t know the difference.

    Please advise.

    alexaw52, who is your web host through? Are you still having issues, it appeasr your podcast is updating on iTunes currently.

    peaceofficersperspective, you’re on the wrong site, wordpress.org is for WordPress that’s hosted just about everywhere except wordpress.com. You should be asking for help at http://www.wordpress.com.

    Podcasting support at WordPress.com is limited by the way, you cannot install PowerPress plugin on WordPress.com sites, so asking PowerPress plugin support for help when you cannot use the plugin is futile.
