 * Hey all,
 * I’m creating RSS feed for [http://www.boston-technology.com/blog](http://www.boston-technology.com/blog/)
   But its not working, and giving error `XML Parsing Error: XML or text declaration
   not at start of entity
    Location: [http://www.boston-technology.com/blog/feed](http://www.boston-technology.com/blog/feed)
   Line Number 2, Column 1:`<?xml version=”1.0″ encoding=”UTF-8″?> ^ Help me to 
   solve this issue.

 * There is a single blank line at the top of your RSS feed file. Have you tried:
 * – deactivating **all** plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works,
   re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
 * – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.
 * – [resetting the plugins folder](http://codex.wordpress.org/FAQ_Troubleshooting#How_to_deactivate_all_plugins_when_not_able_to_access_the_administrative_menus.3F)
   by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause
   problems.
 * Why are you using an old copy of WordPress? Were you aware that your site is 
   currently running a very real risk of being hacked? You need to upgrade WordPress
   asap.
