# RSS Feed / FTP Feed

 * Hell All,
    I need help and I need it badly. I’m workign with a partner that will
   be supply me with contents and below is a question he asked me but I don’t know
   how Feed via FTP works. Could someone please explain to me : Here is the question:
   Would you like to receive the feed via RSS or FTP?

 * You would need to receive the feed by RSS and use an RSS widget/plugin on your
   site.

 * Sorry – not really. It’s going to depend upon how you want to use this feed on
