RSS Feed could not be accessed with Post Name permalink structure

I have installed wordpress 3.4.2 and import the content from the .com version. I have set the permalink with only post name (/%postname%/). But I couldn’t access the RSS feed with this URL:
http://www.mywebsite.com/feedFortunately, it can be accessed by using this URL:
http://www.mywebsite.com/?feed=rssI wonder why? Any advice would be appreciated.
