In twenty eleven & probably others it's simple. In Dashboard click widgets and the default widgets appear on a widget page.
Drag the one that mentions RSS feeds to the right into your side bar.
Bingo, it's done. Your Login and Site Admin buttons will be with it.
If you want those buttons at the top of the sidebar on your site page view, drag the widget up to the top in the sidebar in the dashboard widget page.

Under settings, general make sure you have a site name there. That is where the feed gets the name. It will take a while to update.

there has always been a site title, but if you go my website and click the rss feed (news) and when that comes up double click and scroll down to view page source and click that ,when the that comes up you will see that there is a string missing and it is this:<title>one world for us all</title> Now I would like to know how can i insert that in the feed and where can I get access to insert that string can you help????

The string is missing because something, most likely the SEO manager, is interferring. The feed picks the page title up from the dashboard.

It would be good to know where the error is occuring. Try turning off SEO or check the configeration for a entry of site title. You can also enter that the title in header.php in some themes.

There are also quite a few errors here, http://validator.w3.org/check?verbose=1&uri=http%3a%2f%2foneworldforusall.com%2f
