How do I display an RSS feed? I know it should be very easy to do, yet I can’t find any documentation on exactly how to do it.

I see shortcodes and some examples but it doesn’t work for me.

http://bethelightnow.com/?eme_rss_link and I get blank. I’m trying to install this in an RSS feed for an app I’m making so that the events can be displayed.

I have read BOTH pieces of information about a dozen times and I’m sorry but there is no where that I can see on how to display the RSS feed somewhere else. I have tried the http://bethelightnow.com/?EME….. numerous times with different options and I still get a blank page.

I’m trying to display a calendar of events in an app for android and iPhone users.

Your information makes sense to you and others but for us not so educated in programming you give no examples of how to actually display something. Great documentation on displaying things in pages on a website, but not in showing an actual URL of how to use your shortcodes.

The page I linked you about rss has serveral examples in it. Just copy/past one of those examples (I suggest to leave out the options in it) in the content of a regular wordpress page and you’re good to go.
Shortcodes are things meant to be used in regular pages, like *every* shortcode in wordpress is, that is not something I invented.
