RSS configuration. WordPress 'pages'. (3 posts)

I have 2 questions on RSS and one on 'pages.

1a) On the front page under "meta" there are two choices "rss" and "comments rss". If I click on these, I just get "the page cannot be displayed". I assume that I need to set something up. Where and how?

1b) WordPress seems to set up a separate RSS for each comment. I would like to have a single RSS feed for the entire blog (each time a comment is posted anywhere, it goes to the RSS feed) and to also have individual feeds for each category. Is this possible?

    2) One of the options is that I can creat pages. What is a page? I've read the on-line description and it doesn't mean anything to me.

Thanks in advance for any replies, comments or suggestions.

1a) Is feed: at the beginning of your RSS feed URL? If so, remove it and clicking the link will work.

1b) That is done already as well. <?php bloginfo('comments_rss2_url'); ?> will spit out the URL to it.

    2) See http://codex.wordpress.org/Pages

This is a page on my blog for example: http://www.viper007bond.com/wordpress-plugins/
