 * Hi,
 * I would like to create a portal that would automated take news from other portals
   via RSS feed and publish them, so I don’t have to do anything, it must be automated,
   is it posible?

 * There are plenty of [WordPress RSS plugins](http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/tags/rss)
   for that, you can try the [RSSImport](http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/rss-import/),
   for instance.

 * One more thing: to be able to run the php code from RSSImport in a Page or post,
   you might need a plugin that allows running php in wordpress such as Exec-Php.
