RSS 2.0 Parsing Error

My blog is at http://www.randomapes.com

There’s something seriously wrong with the Feed. When I click on the feed button on the main page it gives me this error for RSS 2.0:

“XML Parsing Error: xml processing instruction not at start of external entity
Location: http://randomapes.com/blog/feed/
Line Number 2, Column 1:

<?xml version=”1.0″ encoding=”UTF-8″?>

It’s almost the same thing with the Comments RSS 2.0 also. Same thing with the Valid XHTML. Can someone please help me with this?

I have people that want to aggregate this blog and it’s very important that this be fixed immediately.
