    Hi,

    thanks for your question, and sorry for the trouble.

    The reason for this is some broken HTML code for a link in row 11, column 5. There’s a corrupted link tag there, that’s breaking the HTML structure, so that the browser shows the rows in the wrong way.
    This then occurs a second time in row 18, column 5.

    Also, in several of the links, there’s a space character missing before the target="blank" that you added. And that value should actually be _blank (with an underscore), if your goal is to have the links open in a new window.
