Row layout widget z-axis issue

There is a problem when changing the dimension of the Z axis to an exact value of 31 in the row layout widget, the widget-blocks contained (such as the header or image) in the row layout tool widget have a menu right at the top for each widget and it cannot be selected, when I put at least a Z value equal to 30 in the row design tool, finally this widget menu can be selected within the row design widget, I would like you to repair that detail, since in some cases I need to have a value greater than 30 on the Z axis.
