 * Is there a way to customize the row height for a specific table where rowspan
   is also used so that the cells left of the rowspan keep the same size as the 
   other cells on the table below on this page:

 * Because of the different picture size the upper table’s cells adjust differently
   in height compared to the lower one. Is it possible to make the upper table’s
   cells the same height as the lower ones?
