 * I have the following order where the total value is wrong (rounding issue I guess):
 * Cost/Quantity/Total/Tax
    CHF 4.88 × 1 CHF 4.88 CHF 0.12 – CHF 4.78 × 1 CHF 4.78
   CHF 0.12 – CHF 10.64 × 2 CHF 21.27 CHF 0.53 – CHF 58.54 × 1 CHF 58.54 CHF 1.46–
   CHF 17.56 × 1 CHF 17.56 CHF 0.44 – Free Shipping CHF 0.00 – – Discount: CHF 0.00
   Shipping: CHF 0.00 / 2.5%: CHF 2.68 Order total: CHF 109.71
 * If we calculate above all together we should receive an Order total of CHF 109.70
   and not 109.71. I don’t know where this 1 cent is coming from. Can you please
   help?
