    Hi

I encounter a rounded subtotal problem on the order reception and the invoice PDF. Some 0,01 cent is added to the subtotal amount
I run last Woocommerce 362 and I’ve checked all the modification since 2019/01 on Github and these mods are in the Woocommerce files. This problem had been reported then fixed but, in my case, still occurs.
In Woocomemrce, I enter my prices products with VAT (20%)
Here’s the screenshot of the last order with the problem.

Has somebody an idea of these error ?
    Thanks
    Patrick

  • Can you please check your currency settings and take a screenshot and post back here please. How many decimal places do you have set?

Currency:€ , Currency symbol: right , Decimals positions: 2 decimals

    Thanks

Ok. Looks good. Can you try one thing first and then clear cache.

    Try doing this
WooCommerce > Status > Tools and click on Clear Transients

Then clear cache and see if it still rounds up.

Also, make sure there are no snippets for rounding up in your theme’s functions file. Some themes might have something like that if they are developed towards WC.

    Hi
After clearing the Woocommerce transients, I’ve cleared my Firefox cache, even closed and restarted it, but it’s the same for the same products to order.
For the moment, all is this is done on a clone site of the production site with runs in real mode since yesterday and which get theses errors.
So itry to replicate the same orders on my test site.

A few minutes ago, the real site received a new order and now, look my screenshot https://i.imgur.com/i7bzR0q.png
Obviously, I did’t make any changes on the production site. Theere are no subtotal decimals.

Now, I’ve tried to replicate the same order in the same context and look at this screenshot https://i.imgur.com/IHc73U3.png
    There’s no rounded problems.

So it appears in random mode, depending of the price of the product: in VAT included mode in Woocommerce, the system has some problems to come back to find the VAT excluded prices.

    That’s my conclusion.

What do you think of it ?

    Cheers

On each product do you have Tax/Vat included or added to them. Separate from the Tax/Vat in WC settings.

I’ve checked my Simple and Variable Products. All seems OK.

For a Simple Product, I have

And your tax settings inside WC Settings? What do they have?

For Tax Options, I have: https://i.imgur.com/kjVjznh.png

For Standard Options I have: https://i.imgur.com/SY57aBU.png (I don’t use the TVA other than France because the clients are limited to France.

    Understood.

And you’ve gone thru the whole changing themes and testing?

You’ve shut off all plugins and tested?

Definitely seeing a glitch. All your settings look good.

I use Divi Theme. I didn’t deactivated any plugins yet.
Still my question is: why, is some order correct and some do not ?

A question: if I switch te without TVA when entering my prices, for a price of 25€ if I calculate the without VAT it gives 20,833333 € so whit is the price to enter in the back-end : 20,83 or 20,84 ? I have my own answer: I’ve tried both and, as Im in the cart, as I want to add another product the price is 49,99 or 50,01 , so in both cases 20,83 or 20,84 it doesn’t work. With VAT and without VAT, Woocommerce has a problem with some roundings.

    What do you feel ?
    Cheers

I’m thinking it’s a table issue with every other. Does it seem like it’s okay in one order then the very next it’s okay and then the very next it’s not?

    Thread Starter antoine69

    (@antoine69)

    Not even that!
The third ones were wrong the 4th was good. And I don’t know wht to expect, because I think, somewhere, it depends of the price product but there’s some wrong computing somewhere.
Could you have a try on a Woo test shop and let me know please ?
    Cheers

I’ve deactivated some plugins and it seems to work. But I don’t see the relationshop between them. I investigate further more.

I talked too quickly. Sometimes it works and sometimes not.
    Strange thing.
Where can I report this issue ?

I deactivated all my plugins to keep only Woocommerce plugin.
Always the same results: sometimes ok and sometimes wrong.
    Any help appreciated.
    Thanks
