• I’m using the Graphene theme.

Syahir got me really close to getting this dialed in but I haven’t had any response for some time for the last step.

Can anyone help me tweak this to show random headers from a specific category…it’s working great for blog posts assigned to a category by slug title, but, it’s not working for the category archive page (as in if the user just goes to the category “blog” main page where you see all the posts).
In other words, we’ve got it to where…I can make a folder of images from which a category based on slug name will randomly rotate header images from that folder…it’s perfect for the actual blog posts. The only thing we didn’t dial in is how to also make the category archive page do the same thing. So if the category is “Blog” then I want the folder graphene-child/images/customeheaderimages/blog/ show on the category archive page.

I’m trying to create a “different” look for the “blog” part of my site.

This is what I have so far:

    The original thread is here

This is an example of the page I’m trying to accomplish this on.
I want it to be versatile so I can do this for other main categories as well, like “Air travel” or whatever, not just blog.

But I’m stuck to get the header folder I assign to show up for the category page.

    Anyone have any ideas?

    Thanks in advance.
