 * Hello,
 * I was curious if there is a way to rotate ads while using caching? Right now 
   I am using a variety of caching techniques that I don’t fully understand:
 * w3 total cache plugin, Cloudflare, and rackspace CDN (the ‘push’ variety)
 * Doe anyone know a way to rotate ads in conjunction with a setup like this?
