I am trying to create a landing page where visitors leave contact information that gets forwarded to me in an email.

I need the landing page to scroll to a new question each time a question is answered.

I was told I could find templates on this site – Where do I look? How do I find them?

You can look for themes on this page:
http://wordpress.org/extend/themes/

But that kind of functionality is not likely to be built into a theme. You’ll likely have to look for a plug-in:

http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/

Try searching for contact form.

Check out the gravity forms plugin; it is a paid plugin, but will be your best bet if you’re not much of a coder.

I’m sure there are free ones that will do it too, but I personally would rather spend a few bucks vs. banging my head against the wall for a few hours trying to get a free thing to work. 🙂
