Roll back to version 5.3.2 and it doesn’t work either

As version 5.4 doesn’t work i switch to previous one but it doesn’t work anymore either. Emails don’t arrive.
I have no integrtion with CF7 and no new plugins.
Avada theme.no idea how to fix it
