    I’m using the Premium Version of WATS and it seems to fit quite perfect, except on the workflow side:

    I would need that

    1) Editors able to create tickets and assign the ticket to
    -> a) a user (role = subscriber)
    -> b) a “moderator” (role = contributor)

    2) access to each ticket should be granted just to:
    -> a) admins
    -> b) editors (full access, like admin)
    -> c) contributors (just visualization and reply to ticket)
    -> d) author (just visualization and reply to ticket)

    Is there a way to do that with WATS?

    The only way to do that right now is to turn visibility to all users. If you really need that for specific users, then it would need custom development, subject to development charge to add the feature…

    How could I ask for this customization?

    Maybe it can be done just with:

    1) a different ticket list from WATS_TICKET_LIST
    2) some custom controls on single-ticket.php
