Roles not updatein on login.

    Hello I am using your plugin along with Ultimate Members and Paid Memberships Pro.

    It is my understanding that by checking the box “add group on login” a person will be placed in a group that is associated with their WordPress role at their next login?

    Id this is the case it is not working on my site unfortunately.

    hmm.. very difficult to know what is happening.

    It could be a theme or plugin issue

    If you can…

    Plugins

    Deactivate all but bbpress and see if this fixes. if it does, re-enable one at a time to see which is causing the error.

    Themes

    If plugins don’t pinpoint the problem, as a test switch to a default theme such as twentytwelve, and see if this fixes.

    Then come back

    Ok great, thanks for the response. I will attempt to get this done in the next couple of days and get back to you with my findings.
