 * I would like to be able to allow editors to send emails. Is there a workaround
   to allow that?

 * Currently, there’s no option to do it from the plugin itself, but you can achieve
   this by using the 3rd party plugin “[Capability Manager Enhanced](http://wordpress.org/plugins/capability-manager-enhanced/)“.
   You will need to add the “newsman wpNewsman” capability to the Editor role. After
   installing that plugin go to Users->Role Capabilities. In the upper right corner
   load the Editor role capabilities, then check the “newsman wpNewsman” capability
   in the “Additional Capabilities” section and save the changes.
