Role/Capability level is offset?

    I had set the “Minimum Level to use this plugin” to Editor. However editors were not able to see the Re-Order option in the admin sidebar.

    When I lowered the role to “Author”, Editors were then able to re-order posts.

    Is this setting offset by 1 level to what is selected in the settings?

    You must be changed the default roles capabilities, which the plugin use to output menus and re=order interfaces.
    The default capabilities are used as follow:
    Administrator – switch_themes
    Editor – publish_pages
    Author – publish_posts
    Contributor – edit_posts
    Subscriber – read
